“10,000 SHOT CHALLENGE” Here is the way we set up the 10,000 Shooting Summer Program. Make 100 Game Speed Jumpers for every day the month of June. = 3100 makes. Make 100 Game Speed Jumpers for every day the month of July. = 3100 makes. Make 100 Game Speed Jumpers for every day the month of August. = 3100 makes. Make 25 free throws everyday (25 x 90 days = 2250 made free throws) TOTAL SHOTS = 11,550 made shots If you shoot 50%, which many will do, then you will have taken 23,100 shots total. Use the chart on the next page. This is my 300 Shot Individual Shooting Workout. You can do this by yourself or use a partner. You can also use the Gun shooting machine to increase the speed and pace of your shooting workout. This is strongly recommended. Begin the workout With 10 free throws and record your score. Shoot 25 shots from (A)- sprint After each rebound return to (A) without traveling. Record the number of Shots made at (A). Shoot 10 Free throws in between each set of 20 shots.
