Whether it’s a map or list, iNeOM provides the most comprehensive way to monitor alarm status. By predefined alarm category, it’s easy to choose what type of alarm category need to monitor. For collaboration approach, this feature also provide alarm remark feature that enabled everyone to see the last action from other team to the corresponding alarm.

No need to call NOC to check the status of the RBS, by using iNeOM mobile, It’s so easy to get the status of RBS, just by a single click, the result will be shown in real time. iNeOM provides several basic measurement: node status, cell status, transmission status, IP accessibility, and also cell utilization. With this feature, RBS status could be accessed effortlessly.

iNeOM provides integrated instant messaging feature for it’s , if the discussion is related to alarms, just add them to the related data, so everyone can see the impact of the problem that being discussed.

iNeOM mobile equipped with signal reporter feature, that enables everyone to do signal test, live from the field. It is also combined with sharing function, so everyone can share the result to others, to be viewed directly from their smartphone.

iNeOM born in GSM-WCDMA ecosystems, it designed as fully-independent system that built for redundancy purpose. It works as the 1st tier system that directly fetches the data from corresponding network element (which is BSC, RNC, or NodeB). With its parallel processing capability, it only takes seconds to capture alarms data from hundreds of network element in a single time. It can also be customized to fetch data from another sources as needed.
