The course tries to create an understanding of the need for career and succession planning in organizations. It also aims to focus on the various organizational actions for effective Career Management & Development Programs. Pedagogy: The methodology to be adopted in the delivery of the above content would essentially consist of the following: a) Lectures, discussions involving the class. b) Group work in identifying different companies’ practices in Career and Succession Management. c) Some select case studies in the Career and Succession Management.
